this post is really long! gah!! i'm sorry but also i'm not; i think this habit of going back weekly (sundays? fridays? still haven't ironed it out) to reflect on the things that i've consumed helps a lot, and it makes the thoughts i have a lot more interesting since it's so fresh in my mind and i can draw on specifics!
